Robin is compassionate and really attentive to my concerns about my health. She really listens to my concerns.

My visit this time was a routine annual physical and I didn't have any major concerns to review with the clinician. However, I've seen her before and do like her. She does a good job of reviewing my medical history and taking vital's.

Asked for pre auth for the GLP1 bridge program through medicare. She didn't want to do this and instead wrote a prescription. I could not fill it because Medicare won't pay for obesity diagnosis. That is the purpose of the new GLP1 Bridge Program...a trial program for 18 months. She can look it up on the CMS provider page
