Dr. H was not put off by my sheets of questions! As needed, he checked reflexes before responding. He was upfront on the Answer he didn't have (honest). He was kind and reassuring about my fear.

I like Dr. Heffernan alot. I think that he is caring and smart. The only thing with this visit, I asked about some possible lab tests because I have been having some issues that are greatly affecting my life in such a deleterious way - I need answers so I can get better and live my life again, it has been very difficult. He really didn't want to order anything. Sometimes I think that Optum is purposely trying to lower costs or something, even though my insurance and myself will be paying for things - I don't know.

Dr Heffernan is a wonderful doctor!! He has gone above and beyond for me. He called me personally and discussed my MRI results, and that completely impressed me. You don't find that kind of care anymore. I've already recommended him to several of my friends!! Excellent doctor!!
