Dr. Gladstone was phenomenal. While I never hope to have an issue that requires surgery with her expertise, she made the entire unpleasant experience as enjoyable as it can be

Dr. Gladstone is very efficient with my appointment time. She took time to take my history and asked pertinent questions, explained in detail about the surgery & post-op recovery. She didn't sugar-coat the difficult recovery due to pain, pros-cons, etc. (which I appreciate) and she answered many of my questions and worries. She made me feel at ease and confident for my upcoming (painful) surgery, and her team is easy to reach for communications and questions. All and all, I feel confident with her judgement and expertise.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Gladstone and this visit. She had a PA observing and so explained things as she went, which was also nice for me to hear. I am a physician, and she treated me with respect and care.

Physician spent entire visit talking to me, listening to me, explaining my problem. Did NOT spend visit reviewing my chart, looking at computer.

I did have to fill out a new patient paper form that asked for most of the information I spent a long time already updating on Epic/MyChart. Maybe it would be easier to print this form pre-filled out from Epic info and have the patient make edits as needed.
