I felt as though the provider had already made up his mind before even logging onto the visit. I felt very dismissed and treated like I did not know what was going on. Working in a field of Healthcare myself, I would have worded things much differently and not come into the visit already swinging. It was very discouraging and did not provide me a safe space to discuss my care without frustration.

I always feel that I'm receiving great care because medical assistant Brad and Dr.Feldheger listen, document, and then Dr. Feldheger formulates a plan. I also like that Dr. Feldheger is always naturally upbeat.

My doctor always brings up my medical history and professional go through them with me.

Reason for visit was a blood pressure check. MA reading was better result than clinician. No real discussion of the side effects I was experiencing with the new medication. Clinician just recommended increasing the dose. He didn't review the chart notes and previous tests I had already done before recommending the same test again. I felt he should have been more prepared to discuss the side effects of this new medication.

Jon Feldheger is an excellent health care provider - the best I've ever had. He listens carefully, was able to answer all of my questions, and provided a plan for my treatment. Two years ago he saved my life when he noticed that my blood count tests had not been done in many years. This lead to my successful treatment for Leukemia. Thank you, Jon!

My doctor and his assistant were both very informed about everything going on with me and what was going on with my medical history and everything now

I went into the doctor because of respiratory problems and concern for potential sinus infection. We decided together that I should do a covid test first. I tested positive. At that point the doctor seemed quick to leave me after having prescribed paxlovid. But there was no further conversation about a sinus infection and we didn't go over any other Over-The-Counter or prescription care for symptoms. I would have appreciated that.

Jon Feldhager is simply amazing and has singlehandedly turned my health and well-being around. Prior to him becoming my health care provider, I felt I was largely ignored and my health concerns minimized. This led me to despair and give up on believing I could ever have some semblance of a healthy life. I have appreciated how Mr. Feldhager shows his skills and knowledge without being condescending, he's in fact very considerate and I feel heard finally. He also makes me feel that I'm in control of my health journey by clearly explaining pros and cons of treatments and then he follows through with a course of action based on my decisions. I honestly don't know where I would be without his help.
