Dr. Ong is one of the best doctors I see and trust me I see many. He is always well prepared with my medical needs. He is professional. His follow through is superior! I trust Dr. Ong completely. I wish he were my primary care provider.

Dr Ong spent quite a bit of time with asking me questions relating to my condition and then talking to me about what he thought was going on, what I needed to do about it and so on. He seemed very thorough and he did his job very. He was also very personable so it was enjoyable to have an appointment with him. The way he explained things was great also, it was not too dumbed down but also not too technical. It was also clear that he had reviewed my medical records before the visit because he had already had a pretty good idea of what was probably happening before he even saw me.

Dr. Ong excels at being prepared for my appointment. He's obviously reviewed test results and ordered labs and tests that assist him in managing my program of care. He is meticulous in monitoring my medications and adjusting them as my needs change.

Great nephrologists are hard to come by. Dr Ong is incredible. Very knowledgeable well prepared, gives great, detailed explanations, and has an unusually good bedside manner. I only wish it were possible for there to be better integration of information between SWEDISH Edmonds HOSPITAL and Dr Ongs Clinic.

In my opinion Dr Ong is perhaps the most exceptional Dr. I've dealt with. The combination of knowledge, the time he took to answer questions and explain the why's', and his patience with me was uncommon and extremely appreciated.
