Bright, kInd, caring, confident, smart, professional, efficient, comforting... I could sing her praises for days! I want to know what doctor in your system has higher ratings than Dr. Notaro? I'm definitely impressed with the quality of care at Optum and you all are outstanding! There are plenty of doctors and medical staff members on your team that I have met that should be on an All-Star list! Hands down Dr. Nataro is your MVP!

It seemed like the info I told the intake person didn't get to the doctor, or she didn't read It, because she didn't mention those things and I had to repeat everything. The doctor did notice a few things I was not aware of so that was very good.

Again, she did not have my skin cancer diagnosis that I gave her last year. Grr. Guess I'll bring it every year since Optum is so disorganized! At least this year she was willing to examine my buttocks and breasts for cancer; last year she was not.

I don't think she even looked at all of the moles on my body. I had to point things out to her. I could be wrong, but I don't think she even had my stand up to look at the portions of my body she could not see while I was sitting. When we were doing a broad overview of my face and hair treatments I was already under from when Dr. Tran accepted my insurance, she was asking about my medications and dosages, instead of referring to my chart. The visit felt way too rushed! I am high risk skin cancer because of the amount of moles on my body and the exposure to the sun without sunscreen and sun tanning beds in my youth. 20yrs ago I had a biopsy, that left me scarred, physically and emotionally, that led to me needing mole mapping and annual skin checks. As stated in the comments about [omitted], the lack of bandaging the wound well so it did not bleed through onto my pants is not acceptable. They put on one band-aid, not even extra gauze or something to absorb the blood.

Dr. Nataro is outstanding! Very upbeat, caring, listens well & answers questions. Explained what to expect after the cryotherapy. I couldn't be happier. She's the kind of doctor you want to keep.

My doctor is great the system is not. She was also limited on the time she could spend - seemed rushed and overwhelmed.
