There was a mixup when we arrived at the lab for a blood draw. Dr. Segatta had NOT signed off on the procedure, therefore we waited for 1/2 hour before I asked the receptionist what the holdup was and she checked and Dr. Segatta had not signed the necessary paperwork. Not happy.
