They don’t seem to care about patients as a person. I feel like they rush through appointments and I don’t feel taken seriously. On a recent visit where my cold has continued too long and I wanted to rule out infection the doctor did not look I. My throat or ears. My husband felt unheard as well when he said he had recurring stomach pains. Turned out it was a kidney stone but it was ignored on initial visit

yes, but this survey is entirely too long. Corporate mismanagement. I work for a living and am extremely happy with Dr. Carrolll, but asked way too many redundant questions before even got to Dr. Carroll. I will not agree to take this survey again. Disrespectful of my time!
