My original visit with Mariah was great. I had to go to ER from the office per her recommendation. I made follow up appointment. I was running behind and called office to let them know. I was on hold for over 11 minutes. It said I was first in cue. When I walled into office 2 ladies in office were sitting and talking. I explained to them I was trying to call and even showed them I was on hold still. They could care less. I was there 7 minutes after my appointment time and they turned me away. I was there for follow up from my ER visit for abnormal ekg so I was very nervous and wanted to talk to Mariah about my results. Not sure who made the call to turn me away. So that is why my rating is a little lower for her. I have been coming to Lakeview office for 30 years and really felt the personal connection on this day was not there.

So i have the same condition as a friend of mine. Se both sent to our respective doctors and were prescribed the same medication. My friend was just given the meds with no other real description of what to avoid or the possible side effects. Mariah on the other hand made sure i knew not to take tylenol a drug i was using regularly and gave me tips on checking myself for side effects regularly as they can be lethal. When I explained to my friejnd what I was told he was flabbergasted and is looking for a new doctor.

She is professional, friendly, easy to talk to. She listens well and answered any questions I had. She took the time necessary to assure that she had all the information necessary to support any health issues I had. She was very prompt in providing feedback on test results.

She was so helpful, a great listener, not rushed, and did her best to treat me with what I needed and what she believed would help the most!
