She is thorough and genuine in her care

I think Dr. Nielsen is terrific. I think her ability to care for her patients is meaningfully limited by the system she is a part of, for example, wait for appointment times, lack of ability to print forms for a device she was prescribing due to internet firewall, lack of responsiveness to messages on MyChart, etc.

She's really nice and helpful, I think it'd be more helpful if she had more time with patients but that's not her fault.

Dr. Nielsen it’s always up-to-date on my medication’s very thorough and asking how I’m doing what’s going on with me etc. she’s very thorough with my care. When you have a neuromuscular disease, you need a doctor he truly does know the medicine you’re taking how you’re doing and what the plan for the future is.
