Kind and knowledgeable

A good doctor, but needs to read any medicals conditions of the patient. I feel very dissatisfied when he ask me why I used a cane. I am disabled since i was 26 years old with problems with stability due to back injury plus knee problems, and hips problems, now at my 66 years old my body needs assistance of a cane. Also I did a breath test, the technician Angela after I wait for over two hours to get my test done that day. Make a very discriminated comments. Saying I have problems understanding her commands. I speak English with accent, I speak Spanish plus Italian. I am sure she can't even speak more them English. To be so racist. There is on writing in the report she wrote. I been wait to speak to an office manager, I still have get a phone call back front her. This discrimination can't happen on a plan situation. If they can't be a professional on health and show respect and compassion to patient they should not work on this kind services. If you need to talk to me call me.

Dr Ubaisi is excellent, but I had to see a very unprofessional in appearance and rude PA Ben Hicks. I had seen Dr Ubaisi for several years since my Pulmonary Embolisms in 2021. I liked him so much I talked my wife into seeing him instead of the doctor her network Common Spirit recommend and she liked him and started seeing Dr. Ubaisi too. She was first to bail after having Hicks for a visit or two. His staff dropped the ball on me with the address to the medical supply house to send the orders to and I had to redo the pulmonary function test several times. I also tried several times to talk to the clinic supervisor asking at the desk who they never managed to get several times after my visits but the inside clinic staff gave me a number which I left voicemail at with no response. If I could just see Ubaisi I'd be fine but it appears Hicks is now at my gastroenterologists office Dr Heljekria who I also liked as my colonoscopy guy may have to go too.My only solution is to drop that Dr too. When I met with the Clinic Manager Natasha she told me she had never heard of any complaints so perhaps the staff is afraid to bring negatives and complaints to her. They also told me several times Sue is the manager for the clinic and the first I heard of Natasha was the day I called in to talk to her before my final appointment. I never got return calls from Sue or her and I left voicemails at least twice last year over the same issues. I would love to have continued seeing Dr Ubaisi but now I was forced to see the PA Hicks. As it is for Dr H in gastro. I made my appointment in in Feb with Dr H and my appointment is April 14. We have found a pulmonology p[ractice we are going to try. But I am going to ask Dr Ubaisis at one last appointment for a letter as I have been selected for a military honor flight to DC for my military service and they want a letter about my flying O2 needs if any. They have a night time O2 concentrator arranged for the Hotel for the three days we will be touring the Capitol.. But I am between Pulmonologist's right now and only Dr Ubaisi knows my case, or did anyway. I will try to get a phone appointment as the flight is May.

Clearly explained my problem. But was unaware of the Medicare/CMS coverage ceiling of an AHI of 65. My AHI is 67.1 and it leaves me in ‘limbo’ as to next steps in treatment.

Dr. Ubaissi provided outstanding medical advice and referrals for further diagnosis of my health problem.
