Like I said if Dr. Roberts wasn’t with Optim, I would stay with her. I’m gonna be at another provider because optum is terrible but Dawn Roberts if she was in another facility or at her own practice, I would give her at 10 and highly recommend her.

Dr. Robert’s takes the time to listen and find resolutions to my personal concerns. Her bedside manner is unmatched! She is very attentive and personable. So grateful to have her as my physician.

I have been a patient of hers for a long time, she listens and cares about me as a patient/person. When they discovered I had a problem with a hip, she called me personally and told me what needed to be done, explaining the reason I needed to have the surgery etc.
