I appreciate her attention & caring attitude. She does answer my questions. She’s great to work with!

Dana was late to get on my Telehealth call, and she had not reviewed my case before joining me, in fact she claimed my urinalysis must be hidden in my chart as she couldn't find it and therefore did not review it. She reviewed my bone density results quickly but only after I told her they were there as she had requested I have both of these things done 2 months earlier. Not to mention that I had to request she refer me for those test which she talked about but forgot to order. She should prepare better for her upcoming day.

She's very eagerly to answer questions,,,,, doesn't say to me IDK.
