The doctor seemed to question/judge why I was there when I stated and could show and explain that I had an injury. She expressed surprise that I was there only a couple of days after my injury. She didn't say anything bad with her words however I felt that I was treated like I was seeking unnecessary care, which I don't appreciate. She also didn't remember me at all, in spite of having several previous appointments. I am disappointed that this is the person you have picking up short notice appointments for people who can't get in to see our regular doctor in a timely manner due to them being booked up.

Pre-appointment personnel who took BP etc asked inane questions like you were divorced (over 20 years ago) or smoked a little (over 50 years ago) - has any of this changed? Why read my records back to me?

Kept arguing with me. Did not take my concerns to heart. My mom was just diagnosed with diabetes so I wanted to make sure I was an ok condition and get labs done but felt like I was constantly being ignored and not helping my concern or problems. Making me feel unheard and unimportant. When I discussed weight being an affect for diabetes she ignored my concern and suggested a compound over the counter option but that's not what I was asking or expressing. I left in tears cause I felt like I was just ignored
