No complaints, as usual.
-
Again she was very nice, however she did not really address my concerns about lack of information about my previous procedure. Or about my referral for the next procedure. This visit was a waste of my time.

I was scheduled for a cardiologist but he was not there due to family emergency so I seen the PA. I had to make the appointment to find out how my heart monitor test was.
-
Friendly but didn't feel like the team was too concerned as I was, almost felt like I was putting them out for my concerns and questions.

Ye Jin really listened. I felt heard in a way I hadn't since my former PCP retired. She saw me as a whole individual - not just a medical condition.
-
It was obvious that she had reviewed my medical history.
-
Listened to my concerns and questions. Discussed test results and recommendations for additional followup.
-
Ye Jin took more time and understanding and care than most doctors.

This clinician was excellent, but she was at a disadvantage because the doctors had not provided all the information she need to answer some of my questions. The ablation procedure was done by a doctor who was not present for this follow-up, making very difficult to discuss the procedure, expectations and future treatment plan. These follow-uip should always be done by the attending physician.
