I really appreciate that Wendy didn't give me too much to do on my first visit, that's what I was worried about. But she sort of met me where I was as far as readiness.

Xiaoyue is an excellent clinician and was able to resolve an ankle pain issue that had been ongoing for over a year. Her therapy helped both relieve the issue and prevent it from recurring (fingers crossed). Additionally she observed balance issues, and took the initiative to work on these once the ankle had gained sufficient strength. Always worked in partnership with the patient, fully explaining all steps, and with great clarity and patience (patient has hearing loss). Would absolutely recommend to others, and would also specifically request if there are future PT needs. A real wonderful member of the Optum team! Also, bonus points for being from Kunming (patient's husband's hometown). :)

Wendy Liu is an excellent practitioner. There has been significant improvement in the ankle pain issue; it has gone from a daily pain to basically a non issue. Additionally, Ms. Liu noticed a concurrent balance issue and took the initiative to address this issue through an extended series of visits. This balance issue too is showing real progress under Ms. Liu's exercise and guidance.
