Totally satisfied

William went over all my options very well!
-
The Dr was very nice. He asked some questions about my knee and I also let him know that I still have a lump on my ribs and I'm still having soreness/hurting on my side, back, hip and down my leg after an accident at work. He decided to send me to a doctor for that and I let him know I basically get brushed off by other medical providers when I tell them about it!
-
Much of my records were from Costa Rica and in Spanish which we brought to appointment im case he didn't have the scanned copies readily available
-
He was really helpful and did a great job listening to me and helping me!
-
Will was a great clinician. He checked all my records and X-rays. We discussed my problem and he was able to provide solutions for me.
-
Felt as if I was being dismissed. Very unprofessional.
-
Clinician didn't explain what the implications of the 2nd X-rays were. He said I could remove my brace, but had no advice or cautions on how to proceed. It was rather dismissive.
-
They were right on everything
-
He went over my X-rays with me and my wife in great detail.
-

William Marshall is a great physician. He was so helpful and informative.
-
I'm unsure how much he knew about my injury. He came in, said cortisone injection and sat down at the computer.

PA Marshall was great! He listened to my concerns and fears and was very thorough explaining the situation and what my options were.
-
William is terrific, eased my worries when I was very nervous about the procedure. Talked to me through the whole procedure to distract me which was so helpful.
-
After a horrible, extra painful few weeks after surgery it was wobderful that PA Marshall did a thorough job supporting, explaining and encouraging me. He was genuine, honest and personable which was very appreciated.
-
Dr Marshall is always excellent. He really attends to my needs & facilitates every means & ways that are needed for my recovery. I still uphold my respect & would endorse optum clinic to other patients who would want to experience humane , normal(common sense, which Is rare) and VIP treatment in their health needs. Thank you

I felt I had to ask questions that should've been brought up in the first place, bending/weight barring. Had different information then my Surgeon on the degree of which I can bend my knee and weight barring limitations. Nice guy just felt sort of dismissed.
