-
Changes made with lab need improvement. No place to list which doctor labs are needed or if they are in the system
-
All current
-
Dr. Hao came in very well informed about what's been going on with me the past year. I felt very reassured. He even recommended a better schedule for my medication that's made a huge difference.

My doctor is great
-
I enjoyed my appointment with Dr. Hao. He explained that my two out-of-range test results are nothing to be concerned about. He is very personable and kind - I like him very much.
-
Answers are brief
-
I may have missed this or misunderstood, but I should have completed blood tests and 24 hour urine test before the appointment so the doctor could discuss the results with me.
-
Very short visit to confirm bloodwork
-
Dr. Hao is kind, caring and always professional. He relieves my anxiety and answers all my concerns related to my health.
-
Dr Hao is an outstanding physician who is knowledgeable and very caring.
-
I do not feel heard at all. Questions I ask are answered in a very broad manner. Specifics are not provided. Information I have been providing for 2.5 years Is not captured In visit notes. I have sent a note asking my records to be updated. The entire visit lasted 11 minutes.
-
He spend 5 minutes with me. He miscalculated how much supplement to take. Additionally, he did not answer direct questions that matter. He did not acknowledge hormones. Very short Interaction. He was more interested in providing a drug than helping with calcium intake.
-
Dr. Hao is excellent and very knowledgeable about my thyroid issue.
-
Do not feel that clinician adequately reviewed my medical history. I had been treated by Dr Robert Murray for hypothyroidism for over 30 years, until he retired in 2024. For the past few years, I have only needed yearly thyroid labs, so why another set of labs in 6 months? Did not discuss why dosages remain unchanged when one of my labs appears to be on the low end.
-
Dr Hao doesn't ask questions, or show interest in my care beyond prescribing medication. Looked at my chart 2 weeks back, but did not take into account how much positive momentum and drop in A1C, in the past 3 months, even with his canceling apt.
-
Did not have the DexaScan results from the one he had ordered
-
I would never recommend United Healthcare
