My current contacts are based off of my 2025 optometrist visit prescription, but the clinician was telling me the prescription of file for my right was eye was different than what I know I have. It doesn't matter too much as my prescription changed anyways, but there seemed to be a mismatch there.

Records, or lack, thereof, not his fault-- Lenscrafters has failed to include my records in MyChart. Gotta fix that. Sloppy, on their part.
