I still have concern of the sunspots on my face. There are 4 of them. She said don't worry they are slow growing. The one on my eyebrow was frozen 12 to 13 years ago by Dr. Blackwell. It returned about 6 months ago .

I usually never had an issue with the provider and kind a okay with nurses. This visit, I felt rushed both by nurses & provider. None of the above questions adressed. Basically, I just made a report, no discussion, then just referral. Two of three concerns were seemed ignored. I even mentioned through MyChart during scheduling if I need to have longer visit. Instead, that what was happened. I sat with provider approximately 7-8 mnts.

Dr. Yip is outstanding! She thoroughly addressed a list of medical issues that are continuing for me, as well as new ones arising, explaining carefully to me recommended treatments, and welcoming my input in making decisions.
