Seemed before coming in I had to re-enter information as if I never been there before. The survey taken before coming in had me entering information which ended up being double entered according to the clinician. Seems the process of pre-appointment questionnaire and what should have been in my records is very confusing. A waste of time.... When it should have been in the system prior to my pre-appointment survey.

Dr Free is thorough and attentive, but seems eager to rush through each topic of discussion unless I raise questions. I don't think as fast as he does, but I am learning to be more assertive to get the most out of him, because I do know he is concerned for my well being.

Tyler Free did a thorough check of my medical record as well as treating the war/corn on my foot and explaining future care of it. He reviewed my medications, vaccinations, and tests.
