Brandon evaluated me and gave me 2-3 new excersizes to do that really made a difference

Brandon included me in the exercise program providing and demonstrating exercises he wanted me to do, then I demonstrated them to him for correctness. He is down to earth and easy to talk with. He cares about his patients and wants them to strengthen their muscles so they can carry on daily activities.

Brandon did a great job of listening to my concerns, assessing my overall needs, and then focusing on what could be accomplished in the first visit. I appreciated that he limited new exercise movements to just a few instead of overwhelming me with too much information or homework.
