Couldn't connect thru video visit so we talked by phone so she didn't have my most recent info.

TB had data from one lab visit and info from my CGM. I printed out lab work from a different lab from Optum which she quickly dismissed. I felt that she based her medical opinion with little or no reflective conversation with me and decided a rigid medical path that I should follow. I did not feel valued as a patient.

Tristan Boy and here assistant, Jodi, are excellent. None-the-less, given my experience at your Shoreline blood lab, I would urge caution for anyone considering Optum. No supervisors?!! The inmates are running the asylum.
