Honestly, I hate PT so I was really apprehensive about this visit, boy was I pleasantly surprised. She was wonderful, easy to talk with, and immediately knew and understood what was going on with me.

I had a very good experience with Dr.Yu. She took her time and helped me understand body mechanics and I learned a lot that will benefit my health and mobility into the future. She was also especially kind and compassionate to my issues which I appreciated very much.

I chose physical therapy because I love working closely with patients. As a therapist, I get to spend quality time with them during their rehab journey and help improve their overall quality of life. It's rewarding to see their progress and be part of their care team. My clinical focus areas include general orthopedic care, post-operative care and pain management. I'm also pursuing additional training in pelvic floor and vestibular rehabilitation to better serve my patients needs.Philosophy of care
