Removal of a cyst, so kind of a one and done type of treatment, but good communication about what was happening, and what to expect during procedure.

He was prompt, friendly, and knew exactly what it was which put my mind to ease. He was great!

Dr. Suprakorndeg is a very competent doctor. He takes very good care of me. It's just that at my visit he seemed remote and somewhat harsh and in a hurry. I really didn't have any conversation with him to clarify his thoughts on the visit. To be fair, he was congenial and relaxed at my visit a year ago. Maybe he was just having a bad day.

The doctor just starred at me and didn't show any interest in examining me. Upon looking at my complaints he was brief in answers and didn't carefully examine the areas in question

The clinician was showing me frames rather than me trying them on and choosing them.

I was surprised that I had not been previously told about the treatment options when the ointment I was using was ineffective.

The entire visit felt very rushed. It didn't seem as though the provider had reviewed my medical record beforehand, and I wasn't able to ask all of my questions before the provider was already moving toward the door. The whole appointment lasted no more than five minutes, and I left feeling as though I wasn't involved in my own care.

Was not examined gor other issues. This was to deal with a specific problem and for an overall dermatology exam which did not happen. Specific problems were addressed and sent on my way. Was there for approximately 10 minutes. Very rushed.

Dr. Supakorndej is very thorough and responsive to my questions and concerns. I appreciate the caring and compassion he shows towards my overall health and treatment.
