This was my first visit with Optum and Dr Luu. I was impressed with his preparation before meeting him and the forthright approach he exhibited. Therefore I will continue with his advice and hope to having a long term relationship.

Dr. Luu is great. Very good at communicating and explaining treatment plans and potential issues.

The doctor was fine but I would not choose to see him again. He did not seem the most experienced and it was like he was reciting information out of a text book and then had to look up what to recommend next.

I mentioned that I changed the pharmacy where prescriptions were to be sent. That was not done. I waited 5 days to get my prescriptions for this visit. Dr. Luu seemed in a rush and didn't hear me or forgot, being preoccupied

Dr. Luu is very generous with his time, a patient centered physician. He explain things in a way that are easy to understand and takes great interest in preventative care
