Fairly good explaining results of testing

This clinician deserves a raise, her bed side manner with children is amazing. My daughter had been worried/scared about her hearing test. And Tabetha had talked to my daughter in a calm, fun tone that made the appointment exciting and fun. She turned the test into a game, that made it more enjoyable for my daughter. We highly recommend her.

She didn't explain to what degree my hearing loss was, just said I had trouble with high pitch sounds. I would have liked to know what level of hearing was and to know if I need hearing aids. She told me I to go to the hearing center to get hearing aids. I was not aware I didn't have to pay for my hearing test and already paid. I am going to call the business office to let them knoe United Jealth care pays for the first hearing test.

I provide diagnostic hearing evaluations, hearing aid consultations, hearing aid fittings, and follow-up care for patients with hearing loss. I strive to be patient, kind and personable in my interactions with my patients. I've seen the frustration and the isolation people can feel when they can't hear clearly or participate in conversations.
