This was my first visit with Dr. Penner, and I was impressed with his preparation (he clearly read my files), his effectiveness in answering my questions and explaining the go-forward plan, and his overall demeanor.

He was well listen and well explained patients questions.

Dr. Penner asked to use Copilot AI to record notes. I highly doubt that my data is secure enough to be HIPAA compliant, as many LLMs have had large leaks. It made me feel wary and worry if Dr. Penner was able to pay attention as a doctor if he felt the need to use an AI to record me.

Dr. Penner listened to my concerns and took action to provide solutions where possible. I was impressed with his medical knowledge especially with prescriptions we were taking or needed. It was a good appointment.

He did not spend the whole time on the computer he listened to me.

He was very thorough about going over my care and making sure we were both on the same page. He explained everything to me so that I could understand what was needed to keep me in good health. He was very helpful, supportive, knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
