Dr. Carter patiently treated not only my frozen shoulder (my reason for the appointment), but also arranged to look at and have my plugged ear irrigated, and also thoughtfully listened and responded to my anxious inquiry regarding my sister's recent Alzheimer's diagnosis and how it may or may not affect me.

I was very impressed with Dr. Carter. For a scheduled-short, up-front concern, it was obvious that he took a bit of time before my appointment to review my history with the clinic. I didn't feel like I had to 'catch him up' on my body/health. It was great. As I said in an earlier comment, I was glad to meet him. I will definitely be adding him to my team when my PCP is not available.
