-
It is difficult to assess this fairly due to technology issues which prevented ease and clarity of communication. The provider's mic would go out often which required me to ask that he repeat himself and it was clearly frustrating him and myself
-
Dr. Lee had already taken the time to review my files and previous test results.
-
Dr. Lee is excellent. Clear communicator, reassuring, and not rushed.
-
Perhaps it's standard, I am often asked what I come in for after my files are on record. I'm sure it's just to see if it's up to date, but to me it feels unprepared. I will keep rating 5/5 as I do not understand the whole dynamics of how hospital operations or care works.

Physician explained procedures and reasons behind them
-
I had met Dr Lee 8 years ago and remembered him to be very kind & caring. He listened to my issues & we are proceeding with gaining more info through blood work and a colonoscopy soon.
-
The explanation was clear and easy to understand, and Dr. Lee gave me plenty of time to ask questions, and he listened and provided solid answers.
-
Not sure if my symptoms made it correctly into the medical record the last appointment-- seemed a disconnect between what I was experiencing and what the care was directed towards
-
I had lab work done for an infection someResults were posted to my chart, no explanation that they were waiting for more results before prescribing meds. Took three days and my insistence before I received a script to deal with my infection
-
Dr. Lee is always prepared for our visits. He's an amicable fellow and is easy to discuss results and treatment options with. I really like the care he provides me.
