I appreciated the time Dr Kim took with me. This was my first visit with, I sought her out after I attended a friends post surgery appointments with her, she was caring, thorough in her review and input on my vision condition. Above all else I felt she heard my concerns and explained the condition.

I'm guessing Optum limits a physicians time with medicare patients? I guess if I had commercial insurance, more time would be spent with me. I saw the Dr for exactly 3 minutes. Reviews and friends say Dr Soo Kim is excellent, and I believe she is, But she must not like seniors or not like me. I waited an hour and a half past my appointment scheduling to see her. I would have thought she would have said sorry for the delay.we had an emergency to attend too, or sorry, someone over scheduled. Waiting room was packed when I arrived and packed when I left. I dont know how the physicians there can give any patients any attention and make them feel like the Dr Is Interested or give the Dr time to explain your health conditions.

I am seen at Providence for my PCP visits is, so this doctor would not see all my past medical visits. I was sent a medical questionnaire to fill out on my chart, so any medical concerns that I have been seen for, should now be seen by her.

Nothing against The Good Doctor but, she seemed to be Androidlike. No smile, NO reassurance. Just Data Collection. Precise is good to. But we're scared in your office!
