Solmaz is thorough in her dealing with my medical issues - knowledgeable and purposeful, and persistent. When there's a question that requires consultation with the team pharmacist, she has no problem saying she will check with that person. She is also very direct and straightforward which I appreciate. Solmaz has a good bedside manner.

VERRRY IMPRESSED, ESPECIALLY AS A FIRST IMPRESSION/FIRST VISIT..... She had researched insurance coverages in advance, to assure only covered items would be suggested unless otherwise indicated. Took the time to actually talk WITH, not TO, [omitted] before beginning exam. Asked permissions as she was working thru the exam process.
