I was surprised to learn that I have slight astigmatism that might limit my option in surgery options or outcome. I appreciate concern for waiting extended pd of time prior to surgery due to contact lens duration of wearing.

Initially the the tech told me my medical record was not sent to Optum at my appt but by the time doctor came they had it. Not sure it wasn't scanned into my Epic account or just arrived. So that was a bit worried but they found it.
