About Shellah Imperio, PHD
My interest in counseling began after receiving support from a high school guidance counselor while adjusting to a new country and school. That experience inspired me to help others through life's challenges and transitions. I work with patients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, behavioral concerns, stress and self-esteem issues. I also have experience in crisis management and psychological evaluations. Outside of work, I enjoy travel, cooking, gardening, concerts and movies.Philosophy of care
I believe choosing therapy is an important first step toward change. Therapy is a place to be heard, build insight and learn new skills. I work closely with patients to help them overcome challenges and make meaningful changes in their lives.Gender
