We felt like he had not reviewed the questionnaires we completed before the appointment as many of the questions were the same.

Good because they had them but didn't appear to be familiar with everything.

I really appreciated his approach, I felt heard. He was able to understand me, (even though my mind was jumping all over the place.) the anxiety, worry and the oh no what do now was heard, he provided a solution, to my problem and that I really appreciated. I think he is a great counselor and I appreciated that he could laugh a little with me.
