Dr Tajane is always well prepared and this visit was no different. She is attentive, engaged and very reassuring. I enjoy her as my primary.

I left feeling unseen as a [omitted] yr old woman dealing with post menopausal symptoms . As far as sleep she just wanted to throw a pill at me and when I refused she basically had no other option to recommend to me. I also had questions about my lack of sexual feelings . I am the one that had to recommend maybe some hormonal testing and at the end of the visit I felt rushed to get out of there and said what about the testing she said oh well I thought you sing wang any medication because you refused the sleep pills. ! So she put orders in reluctantly . I left in tears feeling unseen and not heard as a woman aging and not knowing where or how to navigate these aging years . In want to feel sexual urges again and sleep more than 2-3 hours at a time. I also did not feel like she was comfortable talking openly with me about sex and older people . Like I left in tears and went on Facebook to ask other older woman who they would highly recommend. I want a female doctor who I feel cares about what's happening with me.! I hope she will learn how to be more empathetic and learn how to care about her older female patients . I got 100 percent better care from the woman that did my mammogram!!

Dr Tajane insisted she didn't have the forms needed for the ADHD clinic. When talking to the ADHD clinic before and after our appointment with Dr. Tajane they said paperwork should have been given to us by Dr. Tajane.

Since this was an annual physical, I expected a more thorough evaluation of my overall health for preventative care. Dr Tajane Did not addressed any of the listed concerns. She only listened to me breathe for maybe 30 seconds and asked about bowel movements. I did bring up a concern about that that she dismissed pretty quickly. And that was the extent of my annual physical she didn't listen to my heart, She didn't do a breast exam, She did not check my lymph nodes or thyroid look in my eyes in my ears anything. I wasn't ever even told to change into a gown. I had to push to get blood work done. Her reasoning for not wanting to was that it looked good last time which was two years ago. At that point, she was already printing out paperwork ready to send me on my way when I said, I have a few things that I wanted to bring up. She seemed a little irritated by that. So I addressed the lump on my back that she immediately dismissed is not that big even though I told her specifically that it's gotten bigger over the last year. I brought up the fact that there was a recent hernia found in a CT that I had done that has increased and sized. I asked her what we should do about that and her response is that that's a big surgery. We should wait till you're older. I said that that is only allowing for more time for the problem to get worse. I had to push to get a referral to speak with a surgeon. Besides the fact that she seems wholly uninterested in the concerns I brought forward, I am completely shocked with her lack of concern for my actual health. An annual Physical is an opportunity for a provider to evaluate a patient overall health for preventative care to hopefully catch things before they become serious problems. If This is how Dr. Tajane Is caring for her patients it is negligent. How could she possibly catch anything with her lack of an actual physical exam?

I had a pre appt. Phone call. I gave many things I was concerned about. The girl told me to be sure to tell Dr. Tajane. I had my list. I saw her look at the computer. I thought, she would have asked me about my issues. Since I did that phone call. Never did she say a word about anything! Finally I started asking about my issues. She gave no care to what I was saying. I finally had to force her to help me. I had 2 spots on my back. That itched liked crazy. She said well, let me know if it still bothers you. I said It has been bothering me fir a very long time already! She said well, I can try freezing It or send you to some one else. I said lets freeze It now. She did, but only one of the spots! So I still have this itch in the same area. It is much less then what it was. So that is good. She said, I didn't need a band-aide on it. And that is all, no care, or caution. I was very disheartened. She never really talked. I had to ask her questions to not have total silence in the room.
