Dr. Griffith is so kind and helpful. I enjoy having her as my primary physician. And I always feel so well cared for.

She made me feel validated about my concern and felt it was a lot more of an urgent concern that I received at the spine specialist. She contacted their office and made sure I could be seen sooner.

Love my doc, love my nurses, love my Optum!

Took my dog to the vet the next day. He got a more thorough exam than I did.Dr didn't check heart, lungs, etc. Had to ask for labs to be done.

I'm having numbness in my feet, im not diabetic, and have never had sugar issues, she made a comment about making sure to keep my sugars under control...guessing sugar was the cause of my numbness. I made her look at my past tests to see I have no sugar issues. Dr think because you are heavier you must have sugar issues. It's hard for a Dr to grasp someone with a higher BMI, may still be malnourished. I have IBD, and IBS, ive had a very large small bowel resection losing a lot of my illuim . I was literally crying fo help and got none . I hate that I will have to see her again someday as there is not much choice for pcp in my area and I live far from all drs

We discussed three main issues and she followed up on one by calling me back the following day. She put me at ease about another issue and referred me to a specialist for the third issue.

I do not feel this doctor listens to me. I feel interrupted often and she just re-explains herself over and over. She is unwilling to discuss possible reasons for my symptoms but instead just refers me to other places. I'm being refered for the 2nd time to the same place for the same issues even though the other place said I was fine. It's incredibly frustrating because I do not feel like she cares or is willing to lay out possible issues. It was also my annual and I complained of side pain. She didn't even look, poke, or feel my abdomen...she just listened to me breath and check my ears. I feel so unheard and uncared about

My primary care provider spends ample amount of time needed to address my concerns in a thorough, compassionate manner. When I have a concern that needs to be addressed, she goes into detail so I know my options and can make an informed decision that would best meet my needs. Healthcare needs more providers like her!
