Great doctor!!!

We discussed three main issues and she followed up on one by calling me back the following day. She put me at ease about another issue and referred me to a specialist for the third issue.

I do not feel this doctor listens to me. I feel interrupted often and she just re-explains herself over and over. She is unwilling to discuss possible reasons for my symptoms but instead just refers me to other places. I'm being refered for the 2nd time to the same place for the same issues even though the other place said I was fine. It's incredibly frustrating because I do not feel like she cares or is willing to lay out possible issues. It was also my annual and I complained of side pain. She didn't even look, poke, or feel my abdomen...she just listened to me breath and check my ears. I feel so unheard and uncared about

My primary care provider spends ample amount of time needed to address my concerns in a thorough, compassionate manner. When I have a concern that needs to be addressed, she goes into detail so I know my options and can make an informed decision that would best meet my needs. Healthcare needs more providers like her!
