Medical records: MyChart reflects that I met with Dr. Seth on [omitted]. I did not meet with him; I merely returned a Bravo device to the front desk. I have asked to have this corrected in my medical records. I was first assured I would not be charged, which was not my concern. PA Nguyen believed MyChart somehow converted some other report from Dr. Seth into You met with the doctor, although she thought he did not report that. If your system somehow automatically converts reports into false information in your records, you have a problem, especially since it appears that the doctor is falsely reporting meeting with a patient in order to be compensated for it when it did not happen. It needs to be corrected.

I was able to get an appt in a reasonably quick time frame, direct & clear communication during visit, helpful referral for general surgery, sent me for blood labs for symptoms I mentioned, called me immediately when results posted to get to ER, which I did and which led to an immediate diagnosis of a near crisis medical condition amd a week long hospital stay to monitor and begin treatment. Well done, PA Nguyen!
