My exposure to anticoagulation management started in my teenage years when I would accompany my grandfather for INR checks, or we would pick up warfarin from the pharmacy. I appreciated the continuity of care and sincerity from the health care team to ensure he was safely managed on warfarin. My areas of special interests are preventative health care and chronic disease management.Philosophy of care
