The doctor wasn't there because he was in surgery. A staff member explained everything well though.

I would like him to spend just a little more time with me, as I think about another question or remember something else to tell him, he as already left the room.

He made me realize that he was just going through the motions, I had seen another Dr and this one either didn't like it or felt he was wasting his time. I got the message and will never come back.

The paperwork they asked me to fill out in office, had many area of questions. Some of which I would have liked to discuss with the Dr. But we did talk about the two main conditions I made the appointment for. Wish I could have found out more about the wide range of concerns.

I wish Dr. T slowed down a little and went into more details. He talks really fast and my brain processes things a little slower so I didn't think of my follow up questions while I was still in the office. Then when I was at home I realized I still had questions to ask.

Seemed he already had the swallow test planned without listening to my symptoms. I had to point out the other issue that I listed on the info form that I filled out in the waiting room.

He explained the procedure very clearly and it made me very comfortable!

He didn't do a full check. He felt my neck and looked into my mouth that's it and told me basically it's normal and live with it, and there's nothing I can do which I KNOW is not true.

The doctor seems very knowledgeable and skilled; however, the appintment was way too fast. I doubt I was in there for 15 minutes. We barely talked. Just the minimum. I don't need a lot of chit chat but this was way too quick.

Dr. T made me feel very comfortable about my situation, and was familiar with this problem, and was helpful in explaining my options.

Once Dr Taliercio arrived in exam room he explained my situation in a clear, understandable way.

I am now going to get a second opinion. This doctor was very rushed didn't seem concerned, didn't seem to address the issue and as I have already mentioned, only suggested that I go have some physical therapy for my voice. He didn't take but a few minutes with me and was in a hurry to leave, I will not be going back to him again.

As an otolaryngologist, I provide care for a gamut of head and neck disorders including a variety of solutions to common problems such as hearing loss, the draining ear, nasal obstruction and recurring sinusitis. As a laryngologist, I have the good fortune to care for patients with hoarseness, swallowing dysfunction and airway obstruction.
