I am utterly shocked by my appointment. Dr. Farooqi not only clearly didn't know anything about my mental health concerns, she tried invalidating them. She was not going to refill a prescription I've been taking for 6 years because she didn't think I needed it. I had to push for her to fill it. This was my first time meeting her. The way she discussed mental health was demoralizing and not knowledgable. It felt I had to explain to her what OCD was and that she had a bias against my diagnoses. I don't know why I am shocked. Everyone I know will hear about this. This clinic has done nothing but waste my money and time.

Appt was focused on hearing but other issues needed attention so appreciated flexibility. I am not sure where this goes but I use CVS pharmacy but the prescription is being filled from Indiana by mail and it still has not arrived. Another family member is still waiting for a device by mail.

I would have liked to understand the follow-up options a little better. Waiting for updates to MyChart for specific direction was a little frustrating.

Dr. Farooqi asks great questions and looks at issues from differing points of view- her thinking and observations instill a great deal of confidence in me. She cares very deeply about her role as a doctor and her concern and kindness has won my heart. I am very thankful that she is my PC doctor.

She always offers me a high level of professional care and attention in responding to my concerns and particular issues. This attention extends to responding promptly to my messages on MyChart and to reporting promptly on my various test results, anticipating my questions. She prescribed me a sulfa medicine which I am allergic to. But she corrected that before I took It and she cancelled that prescription.
