Dr Holtzclaw was absolutely amazing & I'd be happy to have him as my new PCP. I already recommended him to a friend!

He very quickly decided what he thought would be the best course of action and wouldn't listen or discuss further. Very disappointed

This visit was terriblehe never examined me, wanted to talk about my shoes! Never responded to my call to his MA or my messages! I fully expected him to pay me on the head and shoo me away - old white MD who doesn't listen to a female!!! So sick of this type of MD. I am looking for a new office

Bad experience- My son tested positive for the flu. I had bad flu symptoms too and was too sick to drive myself to Dr (and didn't want to get anyone sick) so I scheduled virtual visit. I have an autoimmune disease as well and am high risk. Dr would not prescribe me tamiflu without going in person to Dr office and get a flu test. So I had to drive 14 miles each way the next day and get test. Which was difficult because I was so sick. Good experience- virtual visit and in person visit were both available quickly. Virtual appointment I was able to get my inhalers refilled quickly and questions answered. Both providers were friendly and helpful.

I had been to Indigo clinic the day before and they had no idea what I had. Dr Holtzclaw knew right away what it was. He prescribed the needed meds and I am so grateful to be feeling better.

The doc was great at the time of the appointment; however, I had been sick for 2.5 weeks and had bronchitis and my prescription wasn't called until 28 hours after my appointment. I called the office four times and went to the pharmacy three times before getting my prescription.

Kept telling me he is in internal medicine and he can do 12 leads right here in his office when I asked for a referral to a cardiologist. I did this for 3 years, I do this, I do that I'm sorry, I want. Cardiologist that spends 40 hours a week looking and diagnosing cardiac rhythms not an internal med doc that dabbles in cardiology periodically

He wasn't my primary doctor but he did an excellent job. Both him and the nurse.
