After not having the best experience trying to get an IUD placed at Swedish, I decided to see Dr. Agudelo-and I'm so glad I did. She was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, she was kind, down-to-earth, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt comfortable and informed. The procedure itself was quick, painless, and far easier than I expected. Her calm and caring approach made such a difference, and I'm incredibly grateful for the positive experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Agudelo to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate provider.

From pre-pregnancy to pregnancy and now through post-partum. Dr Agudelo showed a high level of care, kindness and professionalism. She made my whole pregnancy and labor and delivery the sweetest experience as a first time mom. Always guiding me and advising what was best for me and my bay girl. Her human quality is truly exceptional-she makes you feel safe, heard, and genuinely cared for in an area of health that can feel especially vulnerable for women. Recommending Dr S would come with the large caveat that, while she's excellent, Optum -an INSURANCE CO-owns the place, a huge conflict of interest that should not be legal. The former polyclinic is bleeding practitioners.
