Dr Prashad was fantastic.

Dr. Prasad listens, as well as explains in verbiage I could understand. That is so important for a patient who is nervous about being there, and has no medical degree.

I scheduled this appt with intent of establishing a new PCP, discussing health concern, and refilling adderall rx. I didn't feel like the Dr asked me any questions in regards to my overall health or was at all curious about my health history. I felt like this appt was rushed and primarily only to refill my adderall. I did not get the all of my health concerns addressed. I had to remind the doctor about getting a new referral to evaluate my carpal tunnel. Overall not too happy with this visit and would like to be seen by a different doctor next time. After having really bad insurance coverage in 2025, I had postponed a lot of my health concerns and treatments. Now this year with some what better insurance, my copay is pretty high and I am just not happy with how my visit went.

I said multiple times that I wanted to research the new med myself before starting it and she prescribed it right away instead of waiting for a message saying I want to like she did last time.

I did not get results of my care from my physician after I requested to speak to her via a phone to a medical assistant. If I did not know how to open my chart I would not have known the results of my cat scan. Like I said it's too lengthy to write the problem that I experienced at the Optum Care Smokey Point clinic. Please call me. I go to Stanwood regularly and I never had any issue except the nurse on [omitted] did not return my call to speak to her for clarification on the notes that I got on my chart.

Interrupted, didn't listen, didn't address concerns, didn't refer me to anyone for my back, hormones or anything. Only offered meds. I didn't feel heard.
