It had been awhile since I saw this provider but she remembered me. She is professional in every sense and I appreciate her for this. She re-introduced herself when she came in which I found great as I am not good at remembering names.

This is not the first time I've been seen by her. She had been attentive and thorough every time.

Pam is an excellent provider she guided me through the visit explaining everything for me

The only problem is that I had a very bad reaction to the drug she prescribed. I don't know yet whether it was just the drug or if an interaction it had with another one of my meds caused the problem. I have to stop taking it.

Provider was absolutely amazing; however, did feel that thyroid panel should have been ordered based on presenting problems and history of thyroid Issues. However, when I brought this up in a follow-up E mail she immediately ordered the tests
