This was a pre-op visit request from my orthopedic surgeon.

Clinician did not express any empathy or validation towards my concerns. Jumped straight into explaining why all of my symptoms were completely normal and only offered labs/tests to make me feel better but emphasized that she did not think they were at all medically necessary. She did not explain what kinds of symptoms to look for that would be more worrisome or problematic.

The doctor came to my appointment and she had read through my recent medical tests and results. She was immediately able to talk about my concerns without having to review everything. We talk about my test and results and she was able to determine what was going on and how to address it.

Dr. Pasumarty's bedside manner is sadly lacking. I usually appreciate a no nonsense approach but hers lacks any kind of warmth or compassion. I actually left my appointment feeling like I was one foot in the grave. She also doesn't listen well. I had explain a couple times to her what I was saying.

Dr was really great! Very thorough & took time to listen & explain why she was changing my prescription to a different med that she thought would be more effective. She was 100% right on the new med being a better choice! She saved me $$ because the new med she gave me takes care of 2 concerns.

I had a problem with my left ear, and Dr. Pasumarty examined it very closely and gave me tips on how to make it feel better.

Would have liked a bit more talk about side effects of medication recommended, but she was amazing, caring, and got to the root of my issue quickly. She even recommended other things I could do to take care of myself

Dr. Posumarty was professional and an excellent listener. She answered my questions and did not make me feel like I was just to follow directions but rather to be an active part of my treatment.

She didn't have time to go through the records of a more complex case, only very simple, easy to treat problems. Your system will result in a death at some point.
