EXCELLENT! I felt very comfortable with Ms Cheng. She explained what the bloodwork showed, what it meant and how we would deal with it and why.

Dr. Cheng is outstanding and very collaborative. We thoroughly discussed my options and course of action before making decisions.

I would have appreciated being asked if my last appt. With my last GI Dr. Left me with any questions so I could have discussed this in more detail. As well, my visit at the walk-in clinic did not clear up my medical issue 100%. It could be that I need another antibiotic treatment or something else. I wasn't asked about this so I did not bring it up. I have not had time to go to my PCP or the walk-in so may still have this same issue. No one has the time to go and see every doctor for each and every thing! Why can't doctors ask more questions about our health overall so they can help us while we are there!?

Ms Cheng had all the information on my condition and the need to schedule the test my doctor wanted. She gave clear and complete information on what steps I should take, and why, before the test and the followup procedures and care. I felt very comfortable with her manner and the information she gave me
