This Dr. Took time to be sure even though I'm a nurse that I understood and was comfortable with plan to find a solution to my problem.

Records are in Florida. Records were requested. No follow up from optum. I was diagnosed last November, but can't get surgery scheduled due to delay after delay. Very frustrating. I guess this is how the system works. Too many doctors involved, but no sense of urgency.

Dr Carlisle is doing very well with managing my condition.

I felt that Dr. Carlisle wasn't aware of any communication I had been having with the medical assistant over the last 3 months, which was disappointing. She also never asked how I was feeling or anything about my symptoms. I advocated for another medicine aside from Botox and even though she initially didn't agree, she prescribed it. The whole experience just felt very uncaring and not personal at all. I'm hoping to change providers soon

A very thorough and thoughtful exam

She listened to me, but then recommended something entirely different and undo able in her summary, so, did she listen or not. Before reading the summary, I would have said she did ok, but not now. Back to poor communication

She was very though in her exam, I have not had such a complete exam in a long time! I am very satisfied and impressed with Dr Carlisle's caring and very excellent exam, she listened to my concerns.
