I'd not seen this provider before. She introduced herself warmly, shaking my hand, and quickly assessed what was needed. Getting quickly up to speed is a vital skill that is particularly valuable when the doctor has no history with you. Dr Pham exhibited that.

As it turns out, the diagnosis was not quite right, however Dr. Pharm urged me to contact my eye doctor, which I did after three days of continued blurred vision. Turns out the infection was related to a blocked tear duct, and not bacterial. I do not see this as a flaw in her care, as she did not have the tools the eye diagnostic tools the eye doctor has, and she was very consistent about connecting with my eye doctor if the symptoms persisted.
