Does not seem to be good communication between Optum Care and Island Hospital. That should not be the case.

I will not be going back to that Dr ever again.

Are we are still talking about the nurse or clinician who first talked to me and did blood pressure, etc. She did not speak to any proposed treatment options since we did not know what caused problem. Why not say their title here - this is confusing.

It was clear that my records were indeed read, but also there was a line of questioning to back up and re-affirm information (which I also liked very much). Let's not make assumptions when dealing with medical stuff!

Though he never crossed a line, he negatively questioned the nurse practitioner who prescribed hormonal treatment because they didn't go to medical school, negatively questioned a symptom I had on an Rx, sat with his legs splayed open, asked if I needed an advocate in the room to take my shirt off for examination which put me on the spot, dressed inappropriately for a doctor.

Clinician was too busy to provide adequate care, refused to manage a referral, sending patient to emergency room, which prolonged pain and suffering

He's arrogant, poor listener and didn't value my feedback. I asked the same question twice and he didn't answer my question entirely talking down to me and not explaining clearly. This is the third time I've met with him as my provider and my response has been consistent all three times.

Was just a transfer of care visit . Not sure he read my file . If he had , he would have known I have had colonoscopy and when next is due , and endoscopy
